Identity Authentication: Are you Bob Jones?
ProID is remote real-time, interactive verification technology
that provides further verification that an applicant is who
he/she claims to be - making authorization or access privileges
simple, swift and secure. Using more robust data sources (not
just wallet-based or financial history information), ProID generates
an interactive, multiple-choice knowledge-based questionnaire,
using more than 30 years of unique identifiers, such as property,

ProID Voice™
Identity Authentication: Are you Bob Jones?
ProID Voice can be used in any existing Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system to streamline business processes — activation of credit cards, international long distance calling services and other automated account transactions. ProID Voice authenticates callers through random, multiple choice questions developed from public, private and proprietary databases — questions that cannot be answered with credit card, driver’s license information or other wallet-based data.
To assist with a call center’s vetting process, the system automatically
provides a pass or fail score to the client's IVR system based
on the caller’s responses to the quiz questions. Callers then
can be routed to access appropriate automated account features
or redirected for manual resolution.
