ChoicePoint is pleased to bring you the following Batch services:

Phone Locator

  • Returns new phone numbers and addresses on individuals in ChoicePoint’s databases using intelligent search strategies and ranked results

  • Results are prioritized and classified based on the source of the data and match criteria to optimize right-party contacts

Address Locator

  • Returns the two most recent addresses reported for an individual

  • Leverages data from all three credit bureaus and ChoicePoint’s proprietary databases, and returns “Confirmed” indicator to verify precise location

Real–Time Phone Append

  • Returns the most recent real-time phone number associated with an input name and address

  • Uses flexible match logic to find real-time phone numbers for an individual that are active within the past 24 hours

PhoneLink—Reverse Phone Search

  • Returns the most recent names and addresses associated with an input phone number

  • Leverages all ChoicePoint phone sources using a waterfall search strategy to return the most accurate data and highest match rates available

Death Search

  • Returns death record information on an individual

  • Includes search of Social Security Administration’s national death file, as well as deceased records for Florida and Texas

Bankruptcy Search

  • Returns critical bankruptcy record information from ChoicePoint’s database of over 13 million records

  • Data is updated nightly from all U.S. bankruptcy courts, with optimal match logic employed to return the fewest false positives

Real Property Search

  • Locates properties owned by an input subject, including searches of ChoicePoint’s combined Tax Assessor and Deed record database

  • Searches the most comprehensive property coverage available, containing about 91% of Tax Records and 93% of Deeds from all 50 states, DC and the U.S. Virgin Islands

Real–Time Services

  • All services noted above will also become available as real-time search options from within Ontario Systems’ software platform

  • Searches will be available for request as needed, with results posting back into the software within seconds
