Workplace Theft Contributory Database (ESTEEM®)

The LexisNexis® Workplace Theft Contributory Database, a contributory database also known as ESTEEM, helps employers quickly identify applicants with a history of theft and/or fraud before a hiring decision is made.

Participating employers can join, allowing them to contribute their own cases and use the database as needed to help make faster hiring decisions. Employers can use this search as the first step in their screening process, allowing them to quickly and cost-effectively eliminate candidates from the hiring process that don't meet an employer's standards.
