With Vehicle Owner Verification, users can instantly verify a Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) and identify the vehicle's current owner, determine if the VIN is associated with the correct model year, make and model, and decode the VIN description. Vehicle Owner Verification also provides information on other vehicles located at the same address along with a derogatory title brand indicator identifying vehicles that have been dismantled, damaged by flood, reconstructed, salvaged, stolen, damaged, totaled or reacquired by the manufacturer due to lemon laws.
